Mobile Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced mobile application developer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to design and develop high-quality mobile applications.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire application lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Key responsibilities include producing fully functional mobile applications by writing clean code, gathering specific requirements, and suggesting solutions.
  • Additional responsibilities include writing unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions, troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance, designing interfaces to improve user experience, and ensuring new and legacy applications meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven 1 to 3 years of experience as a mobile application developer or similar role.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language such as Swift, Java, local storage SQLite, REST services, UI Designing, Data Structures, and iOS libraries.
  • Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
  • Proficient in code versioning tools including Git and Mercurial.
  • Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with OOP design principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a team environment.
  • Understanding of iOS SDK performance tools and optimization techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
