We are seeking an experienced QA Lead who possesses hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP applications and cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive quality assurance activities for Oracle ERP projects, overseeing test strategy development, execution planning, and deliverable coordination.
  • Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and methodologies tailored for Oracle Cloud Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, and Procurement applications.
  • Possess expertise in functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure business-critical processes and system functionality.
  • Design complex test scenarios for Oracle Cloud implementations, including data migration testing, interface testing, and cross-module integration validation.
  • Lead automation initiatives using industry-standard tools, developing automated test scripts for Oracle applications to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and analysts to understand system requirements, identify potential risks, and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional support to build quality capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain defect management processes, tracking and reporting on defect metrics, resolution timelines, and quality indicators.
  • Conduct thorough test case reviews, monitoring, and result analysis to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination with stakeholders, facilitating test scenario execution, issue resolution, and sign-off processes.
  • Develop comprehensive test documentation, including strategies, cases, reports, and quality metrics dashboards, to support project governance and compliance.
  • Implement quality gates and checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet established criteria.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute performance testing, load testing, and scalability validation under various business scenarios.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud releases, new testing tools, and industry best practices, continuously improving QA processes and methodologies.
  • Provide quality assurance expertise during go-live activities, supporting production validation, issue triage, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
