As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within your customer base, developing strong executive relationships, and demonstrating our software solutions to clients.
- Develop strategic relationships with clients to identify business opportunities and understand client needs.
- Demonstrate Motive's fleet management solutions to clients, highlighting the value proposition and ROI benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and grow customer accounts, resolving problems and implementing best available solutions.
- Meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales or account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and/or management experience, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external decision makers.
