Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in material quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, tender submission and evaluation, subcontractor management, and team leadership.
The candidate will get the opportunity to work with a UK-based firm associated with our organization. Experience with solar installation projects is a plus. The candidate may also be required to conduct site visits and provide site supervision as and when required.
Responsibilities include working and collaborating with a UK-based firm, accurately calculating material quantities and associated costs for various civil engineering projects, preparing and submitting tenders to ensure competitive and compliant bids, overseeing and managing subcontractors to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met, providing administrative support, managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, preparing documents, reports, and presentations, leading and mentoring a team of engineers and construction workers to deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and be fluent in English.
