We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge.

  • Provide personalized sales support to customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Convert inquiries into purchases by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant products, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals, fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product collections and brand story, staying informed about new products, features, and services.
  • Track and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that opportunities are maximized.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contributing to the success of our sales team.
  • Support virtual events and campaigns as needed, showcasing our products and services to a wider audience.
Requirements
  1. Native-level fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or luxury customer service is required, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.
  3. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills are essential for engaging with customers and promoting our products.
  4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Tech-savviness and comfort using CRM systems, email, and chat platforms are necessary for seamless communication and data management.
