We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Provide personalized sales support to customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Convert inquiries into purchases by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant products, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals, fostering a loyal customer base.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product collections and brand story, staying informed about new products, features, and services.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contributing to the success of our sales team.
- Support virtual events and campaigns as needed, showcasing our products and services to a wider audience.
- Native-level fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or luxury customer service is required, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills are essential for engaging with customers and promoting our products.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Tech-savviness and comfort using CRM systems, email, and chat platforms are necessary for seamless communication and data management.
