Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Social Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing weekly reports and maintaining all project data in a proper manner.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Social Science or any other relevant field, with two-three years of work experience in maternal and child health. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:- Prepare weekly reports and submit them to project supervisors;
- Maintain all project data in a proper manner;
- Translate and type project documents in Urdu;
- Plan and conduct awareness sessions in communities;
- Provide counseling to study participants;
- Coordinate with project supervisors to discuss field-related activities;
- Train staff according to study protocols and guidelines;
- Manage field work process to ensure effective time use;
- Visit households in communities to ensure successful data collection.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science or any other relevant field;
- Two-three years of work experience in maternal and child health;
- Experience in breastfeeding counseling is desirable;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team player;
- Good writing skills;
- Basic knowledge of survey and research designs;
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Resilience and ability to cope with work pressure;
- Willingsness to work in communities/field sites;
- Good computer and report writing skills.
