Lead Financial Reporting and Accounting Specialist

The role entails overseeing the entire financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards.

This includes responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. A keen eye for detail is required to ensure all financial statements are accurate and up-to-date.

Audit and Compliance Expert

You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

This involves coordinating audit responses, managing audit schedules, and maintaining a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.

Strategic Financial Planning Leader

Assist in developing the annual budget and financial forecasts, monitoring departmental budgets, and performing detailed variance analysis.

This requires strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain financial stability.

Operational Efficiency Champion

Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in financial operations, implement and optimize ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), and drive automation and consistency in reporting and reconciliation practices.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance productivity.

L&D Finance Team Member

Mentor junior finance and accounting staff, provide training and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

CA/ACCA qualified or finalist with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm. In-depth knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.

Technical Skills:

Experience using accounting and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle). Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
