The successful candidate will be part of a core team in Operations, with attachments to various functional areas to develop their skills as a well-rounded business leader. They will have the opportunity to build leadership skills through diverse development programs and training initiatives.

A key aspect of this role is participation in global cross-market projects under the guidance of a dedicated Coach & Mentor. This will provide a unique chance to make a significant impact on our international business and gain valuable experience working with a global team.

In addition, the chosen individual will attend the Graduate Academy in London, where they will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders, work with trainers from around the world, and expand their professional network.

To be considered for this position, applicants should be recent graduates or have relevant experience within the past 1.5 years (preferably in Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering). The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated leadership skills, be result-oriented, intuitive, and an innovative problem solver.

Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills, organized behavior, and strong analytical abilities are essential for success in this role. Fluency in written and spoken English is also required.
