About the Role

We're looking for experienced professionals who can drive engagement and help brands connect authentically with their audience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights
  • Content Creation: Design branded graphics and edit short-form videos based on provided footage
  • Scheduling & Publishing: Manage content calendars and scheduling across platforms
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and mentions using the right tone and brand voice
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements
  • Trend Awareness: Stay on top of social media trends, best practices, and emerging content formats
  • Collaboration: Participate in regular check-ins and work closely with client-side teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business
  • Proven success in growing accounts and driving engagement
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual content and short-form video work
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools
  • Familiarity with scheduling/analytics platforms
  • Excellent written English
  • Great time management and creative thinking
