Key Data Architect Role
Data Architects with exceptional skills are required to build, implement, and maintain high-performing data systems that drive business success. As a Lead Data Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for designing scalable data architectures, ensuring the reliability and quality of data systems, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop efficient data integration, processing, and analytics pipelines from ingestion to consumption.
  • Design and implement highly scalable data architectures that meet business needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior/mid-level data engineers to improve their skills.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Scientists, and Analysts to understand data requirements and develop data solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve data integration, data processing, and analysis.
  • Take ownership of storage layer, data management tasks, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Safely address and resolve complex data engineering issues and incidents.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of real-world data engineering development experience in cloud environments (AWS and GCP).
  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, PySpark, and cloud-based platforms in an Agile environment.
  • Senior person who can understand requirements and design end-to-end solutions with minimal oversight.
