Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our chief executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining records, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS-Office and Internet tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage emails, faxes, official letters, and maintain accurate records
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and conferences with ease
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required

Minimum 1 year experience as a personal assistant to a senior executive is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Proficiency in MS-Office and Internet tools is necessary

Able to work independently with minimal supervision is a must
