Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to collaborate with business stakeholders, identify IT requirements, design end-to-end solutions, manage procurement processes, and ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture and IT service management standards. This role demands hands-on expertise in SAP solutions, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing solutions for end-to-end business processes aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Managing SRM user accounts, organizational structures, and external vendor support.
  • Troubleshooting L3-level tickets, incidents, and service requests in line with ITSM standards (ISO 20000).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Mandatory Skillsets:

  • Proficiency in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA Material Management and SAP Ariba.
  • Expertise in managing supplier collaboration using SAP Fiori and Webdynpro platforms.
  • Familiarity with project implementation methodologies like Agile (Scrum), Activate Methodology, and Solution Manager.
  • SAP Certified in MM and Ariba.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with public tendering processes and executive tendering committee support.
  • Knowledge of Master Data objects and cutover approaches.
  • Exposure to scripting and automation tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP procurement solutions.
  • Proven expertise in addressing IT and operational needs through innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
