About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume ownership of the product lifecycle from conception through development and launch. As a key member of our Firmware/Hardware team, you will be responsible for spearheading innovation, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering high-quality embedded solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Taking ownership of product innovation, end-to-end development, and successful product delivery.
• Serving as the Product Owner for Scrum teams, ensuring a clear product vision, roadmap, and well-aligned priorities.
• Translating business goals into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintaining and continuously grooming the product backlog to ensure a steady pipeline of prioritized work.
• Leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
• Collaborating closely with engineering, QA, design, and hardware teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions.
• Coordinating with hardware engineers to ensure seamless firmware-to-device integration.
• Collecting and analyzing user feedback, market research, and competitor insights to guide product decisions.
• Communicating product vision, updates, and roadmaps to technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving project impediments to ensure sprint and release goals are met.
• Supporting go-to-market activities in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Actively participating in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile environments.
• Proven experience working on firmware, embedded systems, or hardware-centric products.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and business requirements into clear, actionable product work.

Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of firmware development cycles, testing frameworks, and hardware-software integration challenges.
• Proven experience as a PO working on embedded/hardware-centric products.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and user-centric problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and highly technical environment.
