Senior Quality Assurance Lead

At the core of delivering exceptional software applications lies a rigorous quality assurance process. As a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading this effort to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead QA processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting. You will design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test cases, perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing, and establish and improve QA metrics, processes, and documentation.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance with leadership responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance is preferred.
