Job Title: Senior Sales Leadership Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing sales strategies that align with our organization's vision and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tactical sales plans, including quotas and account objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Consumer sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing efforts to drive sales traction and growth.
  • Implement training programs and incentives to motivate the sales force.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales plans.
  • Strong sales planning and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Knowledge of sales best practices and industry trends.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
