As a Strategic Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive creative partnerships with influential individuals.

About the Role:
  • You will identify and collaborate with industry leaders and thought influencers, working closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns that effectively promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brief Interpretation: You will comprehend client strategy and research questions, turning uncertainty into direction for investigation.
  2. Research:
    1. You will perform thorough intel gathering from across the web and resources, combining disparate signals to understand cultural shifts.
    2. Identify and research potential creator partners based on their influence, reach, and alignment with our target audience.
    3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies related to KOL partnerships.
    4. Data Analysis: You will mine data and produce fresh insights using our influencer tech-stack.
    5. Storytelling: You will author and design logical presentation narratives to illustrate insights and inform client direction.
    6. Relationships: Foster communication across project teams and with clients by presenting and discussing strategy work.
    7. Accept increased responsibility and independence in carrying out important projects.
    8. Work closely with the creator management team to nurture ideas and provide creative direction.
    9. Contribute to conversations and discussions, sharing opinions and perspectives.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in digital creative strategy.
  2. You are a creative and strategic thinker able to connect our goals through a logical approach.
  3. Experience working with data and culture to create meaningful insights that inspire creative decisions.
  4. Creative problem solver with deep experience working with cross-functional teams and providing concise feedback.
  5. Savvy with words, images, and graphs/charts to create polished presentations with compelling storytelling.
  6. Experience with regional, multi-market campaign work is a plus.
