Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed reports on resource usage, administrative costs, and asset management. They will also analyze trends in expenditures and resource consumption, identifying areas for improvement and potential cost-saving initiatives.

In addition, the Business Analyst will support management in making informed decisions by providing accurate, timely reports on budget adherence, resource utilization, and cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and present detailed monthly, quarterly, & yearly reports on resource usage, administrative costs, and asset management.
  • Analyze trends in expenditures and resource consumption, preparing reports that highlight areas for improvement and potential cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support management in making informed decisions by providing accurate, timely reports on budget adherence, resource utilization, and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role with a focus on cost management.
  • Proven experience in generating detailed reports, analyzing trends, and making actionable recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and report generation.
