Data Analyst - Machine Learning Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Analyst to specialize in machine learning and work as a key member of our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, data visualization, and machine learning techniques.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include extracting valuable insights from our data by leveraging statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and programming skills to support our business objectives. The Data Analyst will analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights, perform EDA to understand data distributions and relationships, and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analysis pipeline.

The ideal candidate will also be able to build, train, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms, optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and feature engineering, and deploy models into production environments. Additionally, they will collaborate with the product team to understand objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions, design experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to evaluate the impact of business strategies, and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Key requirements for this position include excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, and proficiency in programming languages like Python or R. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, experience with large language models (LLM) and LangChain, and familiarity with cloud platforms like Hadoop, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, or Azure.
