Job Title: Operations Manager

This is a dynamic and detail-oriented role that oversees and streamlines daily operations, focusing on financial oversight, administrative coordination, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of supervising teams, implementing systems, and ensuring smooth functioning across operational touchpoints.

  1. Supervise and manage daily office operations, aligning with company objectives and academic schedules.
  2. Oversee finance-related tasks including petty cash handling, expense tracking, fee reconciliation, vendor payments, and basic budgeting.
  3. Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure operational synergy and service excellence.
  4. Maintain inventory, office supplies, and vendor contracts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  5. Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management.
  6. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of communication.
  7. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and health & safety standards.
  8. Support HR with attendance monitoring, performance tracking, and staff onboarding logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in the education or services sector.
  • Strong command over MS Office Suite and basic financial software.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-functional teams and manage time-sensitive projects.
