Job Title: Strategic User Experience Lead

Ambitious and innovative professionals are sought after to take on a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital ecosystem. The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end UX and UI design process, championing user-centred design methodologies to ensure seamless and inclusive digital experiences. Additionally, they will lead and mentor a team of designers to uphold design excellence and consistency.

This senior-level role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in UI/UX design, particularly within the Telecommunications and Fintech sectors. A track record of building scalable design systems and delivering impactful experiences in high-growth, fast-paced environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Drive the end-to-end UX and UI design process
    • Champion user-centred design methodologies
    • Lead and mentor a team of designers
    • Own and evolve the Design System to ensure scalability and brand alignment


Requirements:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Data Science, Data Management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or banking industry. They should possess exceptional design, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as superb analytical and reporting skills.
