Insurance Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Insurance Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing client complaints, managing claims, and providing insurance guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and address all types of insurance-related complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and complete all claim paperwork efficiently.
  • Identify potential clients through leads and referrals to expand our client base.
  • Schedule client meetings to discuss insurance needs and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage options based on their needs and circumstances.
  • Perform periodic policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and update policies as necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in insurance coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and insurance management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
