About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Services Executive to join our team in the South region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct meetings to present our HR solutions to clients.
  • Generate and nurture leads using LinkedIn and other sales tools.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and stay competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in banking, IT, FMCG, telecom, or HR services.
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn lead generation, communication, and negotiation.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools and MIS reporting is an advantage.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented individual.

Job Description:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
