The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of Office 365 and SharePoint solutions, providing expert support to field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup additional SharePoint sites and create/edit list and library-driven web-part pages, as well as pages containing static HTML content.
  • Manage application deployment, training, and support projects to ensure alignment with business needs and goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and tactics to meet established business objectives.
  • Establish a clear vision and goals for managed software aligned with the company's overall direction.
  • Migrate current SharePoint instances and shared-drive environments into a single consolidated instance where feasible.
  • Assist in creating prototypes, POCs, presentations, and collateral materials.
  • Lead architectural efforts working with client staff and contractors to execute Solution Architecture and Platform optimization, driving SharePoint user adoption.
  • Collaborate with client program areas and solution teams to drive SharePoint-based solution implementation.
  • Work with client SMEs and stakeholders to validate high-level system views, define, document, and validate high-level business requirements and associated business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and proven ability in delivering SharePoint solutions, preferably in SharePoint 20xx or later versions.
  • Possess extensive knowledge and experience in developing secure intranet and extranet portals and external websites.
  • Experience building web-based systems using the Microsoft .Net technology stack, adhering to best practices of SOA architecture with C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, and SQL backend databases.
  • Integrate with backend operational and content management systems.
  • Design and develop metadata configuration, site configuration, lists, content types, workflows, web parts, and other components.
  • Understand SharePoint security and networking configurations.
  • Working knowledge of web services design, development, and implementation.
  • Experience creating and modifying master layout pages, web parts, and other components.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft SQL Server database software, and Internet Information Services.
  • Skilled in Web/Portal structure and design, development, content management, usability, user experience interface design, and navigation.
