Lead Educator

Acted, a renowned humanitarian organization, seeks an accomplished educator to lead its Adolescent and Adult Learning and Training Program (AALTP) center. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong educational background, and the ability to create a conducive learning environment.

• Develop and implement effective educational programs tailored to meet the needs of adolescent girls and adults.
• Supervise and mentor teachers, ensuring they maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local communities, schools, and other stakeholders to promote education and social development.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with project staff to develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment, attendance, and course retention.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education management, preferably in non-formal education settings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with community members, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of child safeguarding principles and practices.
