Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Strategist to drive business expansion and revenue growth through effective market research, strategic development, and relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and researching new business opportunities, developing strategies to attract new clients, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to secure new business.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 6 months or above in business development, outdoor sales, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
