Pharmacy Team Leader

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of pharmacy services, including medication management, inventory control, and technical support.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate with pharmacists to ensure efficient handover protocols and provide regular updates to management.
- Supervise unit-dose drug dispensation and distribution, reviewing patient profiles and CPOE to prevent medication errors.
- Monitor and manage inventory stock levels, suggesting adjustments when necessary.
- Prepare and forward requisitions to the pharmacy as required.
- Receive goods from the pharmacy, inspect them physically, and shelve stock in proper locations at specified temperatures.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
