Senior Full Stack Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior full stack developer with a strong background in Python programming, AI/ML concepts, and software engineering best practices. The ideal candidate must have at least 4–5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying web and mobile applications with AI integration based on Figma designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable backend systems with clean, modular, and well-tested code.
  • Implement and fine-tune machine learning models using popular frameworks like Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience building AI agents including vector DB's (Pinecone), RAG, long term memory, and embeddings.
  • Work with data pipelines – data collection, cleansing, preprocessing, and transformation.
  • Deploy applications using Docker, Fast API/Flask, and REST APIs.
  • Handle full application lifecycle: development, deployment (cloud), monitoring, and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation and effective communication throughout project stages.

Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong command of Python (OOP, functional programming, scripting).
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and model development.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries: Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development (Django, Flask/FastAPI, Node).
  • Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, firebase).
  • Good grasp of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, code reviews).
  • Capable of designing and deploying services in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean).
  • Comfortable working on Linux-based environments and shell scripting.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solver and independent thinker.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).
  • Experience with AI/ML model deployment & monitoring in production.
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
