About Us

We are a forward-thinking company seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a creative individual who can produce high-quality designs under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

You will work closely with our Content Creators, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to create engaging visuals that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Output:
  • Produce 20+ high-quality design assets per day (ad creatives, story assets, carousels, thumbnails, banners).
  • Deliver a balanced mix of fresh concepts and variations for ongoing campaigns.
Quality & Revision Control:
  • Maintain a revision rate below 10%.
  • Self-review and quality-check before submitting deliverables.
Brand Consistency:
  • E nsure 95%+ of assets meet brand guidelines (colors, fonts, messaging hierarchy).
  • Develop a style guide per client where one does not exist.
Creative Contribution:
  • Propose 2-3 new creative ideas per week based on competitive research, ad libraries, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Media Buyers to review creative metrics and iterate designs.
Efficiency & Speed:
  • Meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Maintain organized working files for seamless handoffs.
Requirements
  • Design Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Understands the importance of ads in conversion.
  • Attention to Detail: Pixel-perfect alignment, consistent typography, correct use of brand assets.
  • Creativity Under Pressure: Ability to deliver engaging work under tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication with copywriters, media buyers, and account managers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle feedback, test new ideas, and pivot when performance data suggests new directions.
