Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Verify gas purchase invoices from E&P companies according to the Gas Sales Purchase Agreement (GSPA).
  • Inspect and verify gas quality specifications to identify any deviated specification gas in the billing month.
  • Ensure off-spec gas is handled as per GSPA provisions in gas purchase invoices.
  • Coordinate with E&P companies for invoice-related issue resolutions.
  • Allocate gas volumes and energy properly as per gas allocation mechanism covered in the executed GSPA.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices for easy data retrieval.
  • Assist in responding to internal and external auditors' queries regarding Measurement-Transmission functions and invoice verification.
  • Maintain close liaison with E&P companies, Transmission department, and Finance department for gas purchases invoices verification and processing.
  • Participate actively in discussions on gas allocation mechanisms and provide valuable inputs.
  • Ensure efficient and timely completion of invoice verification process.
Job Requirements

This role requires a strong background in Engineering, preferably with experience in Oil and Gas or Public Sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 02 years of post-qualification experience and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Petroleum, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with gas sales purchase agreements and gas allocation mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate records, coordinate with E&P companies, and ensure efficient and timely completion of invoice verification process.
