Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team in ensuring the efficient operation of all infrastructures, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and security alarm systems, critical UPS, precise cooling systems, and all essential supporting equipment.

  • This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and contractors.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in establishing programs for preventive maintenance, scheduling downtime when necessary for emergency repairs, and preparing weekly status reports regarding all ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project and ensure the smooth operation of all facilities infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and security alarm systems, and critical UPS systems.
  • Establish effective maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Schedule timely maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and suppliers to meet agreed SLAs.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, asset condition, and performance outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in facility administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
