We are seeking a talented Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who can take ownership of full-cycle digital projects from website development to SEO and CRM support. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless digital experiences to clients, supporting and optimizing their online presence through both creative and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related field, with proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript/PHP. They will also possess strong grasp of SEO best practices and tools, familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms, as well as experience using and managing Thrive CRM or similar platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, updating, and maintaining WordPress and other CMS-based websites using Elementor or custom code.
  • Optimizing user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Ensuring site performance, security, and responsiveness.
  • Performing keyword research, on-page optimization, and site audits.
  • Implementing technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Tracking, reporting, and improving organic traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Creating and managing digital campaigns (email, social, PPC, etc.).
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript/PHP.
  • Strong grasp of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience using and managing Thrive CRM or similar platforms.

Bonus/Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation tools.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and engagement tools.
  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
