The Marriage Fit is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that drive growth. This includes developing and implementing business development strategies, managing business development budgets, and tracking customer research insights.

This role requires strong analytical skills, as you will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee all business development communication efforts, including advertising, public relations, content marketing, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that drive growth.
  2. Developing and implementing business development strategies.
  3. Managing business development budgets and overseeing the budget for business development initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  4. Involved in brand management responsibilities and regularly keeping track of customer research insights.
  5. Developing and implementing initiatives that generate benefits to the organization.
  6. Overseeing all business development communication efforts, including advertising, public relations, content marketing, and digital marketing.
  7. Building collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  8. Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that business development initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy and goals.
  9. Measuring and reporting on business development success and tracking the success of business development initiatives.

Requirements:
  • • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
    • 2 years of experience in business development (Preferred)
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
