Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to oversee and optimize our presence on the TikTok Shop platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, sales strategies, and ability to drive growth through engaging content and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traffic and Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement targeted plans to increase traffic, engagement, and sales through the TikTok Shop platform.
  • Product Management: Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing within the TikTok Shop to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan and execute TikTok Shop LIVE sessions, short-form video content, and other promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators and influencers to promote products on the TikTok Shop platform.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze TikTok Shop performance data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to TikTok Shop orders in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in managing and driving sales on e-commerce platforms.
  • TikTok Algorithm Understanding: Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • e-commerce Platforms: Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Analysis: Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
