Financial Statement Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing other accounting tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in MS Office Suite being essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting Tasks: Prepare Accounts of various entities, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- VAT Preparation: Prepare quarterly VAT returns for clients.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for this role, with strong communication skills required to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is necessary for the preparation of financial statements and VAT returns.
Requirements:- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Additional Requirements: Knowledge of VT Transaction+, Ablegatio Ftax, Moneysoft Payroll software, and Nest Pensions.
