We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, proposal writing, deal negotiation, and closing for enterprise and SMB clients.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. You will own the strategy and growth of our business, fueling our next phase of global expansion. Key responsibilities include:
- Research target markets and generate qualified leads through various channels.
- Craft compelling, tailored proposals and highlight our company's AI/ML strengths and past successes.
- Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and negotiate deals that benefit both parties.
- Track all activity and report on KPIs using CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.

Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in IT/software services.
- Proven track record of winning Upwork or similar freelance marketplace projects.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
- Performance bonuses for exceeding revenue targets.
