Role Overview

  • This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring quality assurance processes are implemented to maintain Higher Education standards.

About the Role

  • The Director will be responsible for developing Self-Assessment Reports for programs in line with the Quality Assurance Manual of the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.
  • Maintaining annual monitoring and evaluation, including program, faculty, and student perception monitoring.
  • Defining clear performance review standards and criteria.
  • Enhancing public confidence that teaching, learning, research, and services meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing qualifications frameworks and learning outcomes by setting attributes and abilities for graduates.
  • Collaborating with faculty to develop programme specifications outlining knowledge, understanding, skills, and attributes acquired by students.

Requirements

  • A PhD/MS/MPhil in TQM or a relevant field is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a University setting.
