We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Short-Term Production Plans
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production demands within agreed cost parameters.
  • Create feasible production plans considering available capacity, labor, and materials.
  • Identify potential issues related to plant shutdowns and promotional activities during the planning period.
  • Design optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure continuous supply for production.
  • Manage direct material delivery with suppliers.
  • Establish stock policies and management approaches for each SKU in their portfolio.
  • Identify supply-demand gaps for raw and packaging materials.
  • Engage suppliers in supply chain improvement initiatives to create shared value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering with 0-1 year of relevant experience in distribution operations and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP MH Modules.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and successfully implement projects.
  • Strong teamwork skills to ensure business continuity.
