Key Responsibilities
  • Prosecute Gas Theft Cases in Gas Utility Court and High Court under relevant legislation.
  • Draft cases, appeals, reviews, revisions, petitions, written statements, and represent the company in court cases for and against it.
  • Review FIR/154 CrPC statements, prepare daily prosecution reports, and coordinate with the in-charge Prosecution wing.
  • Oversee the supervision of prosecution cases in Gas Utility Court.
  • Proceed with Gas Theft Cases as a Prosecutor in Gas Utility Court.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in law and experience as a prosecutor or similar role is preferred.
