**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Strategist to lead the development and optimization of our e-commerce website and survey-driven personalization tools. As a key member of our team, you will focus on enhancing the customer journey, increasing engagement, and driving revenue growth through a seamless, data-driven digital experience.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and refine the product vision and roadmap for our e-commerce website, ensuring a best-in-class shopping and styling experience.
  • Improve site performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement new website features and enhancements.

**Surveys & Personalization:**

  • Develop and refine customer preference surveys to improve product recommendations and styling accuracy.
  • Leverage AI/ML and data analytics to automate survey-driven personalization, tailoring product selections based on customer responses.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or website optimization.
  • Strong understanding of website performance metrics, SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and A/B testing.
  • Experience in developing survey-driven personalization tools to improve customer experiences.
