Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students through engaging lectures, small group discussions, practical demonstrations, and case studies.

  • Teach and mentor students to achieve academic excellence by providing effective guidance and support.
  • Organize and oversee departmental research activities to advance knowledge in the field.
  • Conduct formative assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Develop and implement curriculum changes to ensure relevance with recent developments in the subject area.

Additionally, the incumbent will participate in management and administrative tasks that promote professional values and ethics among staff and students. They will also engage in co-curricular and support activities as advised by college authorities.
