Senior SEO Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and support business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for optimization, ensuring that our website content meets the highest standards of search engine relevance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into the web content creation process, resulting in improved website crawlability and search engine ranking.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to our website infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of technical SEO requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO, experimenting with new techniques and strategies to stay ahead in the market and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Ahrefs for in-depth analysis and insights, allowing you to make data-driven decisions to inform your SEO strategy.
  • Regularly review Google Search Console performance reports to provide data-informed analysis and insights to stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions about their digital marketing efforts.
  • Craft content structures that optimize the use of heading tags for improved On-page SEO, enhancing our website's accessibility and usability.
  • Conduct manual keyword research to enhance visibility and ranking on Google, using this expertise to inform our content marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies, including guest posting, to build website authority and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct thorough site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary optimizations, enhancing user experience and search engine ranking.
  • Evaluate and optimize website speed to improve user experience and search engine ranking, resulting in increased conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Apply backlink analysis techniques to inform link-building strategies, ensuring that our digital marketing efforts remain focused and effective.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that attracts organic traffic and supports SEO goals, aligning our digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance to stakeholders, empowering them to make informed decisions about their digital marketing efforts.
  • Implement technical SEO optimizations to enhance mobile-friendliness and search engine crawlability, ensuring that our website is accessible and usable across all devices.
Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field is essential for this role.

Desirable Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as an SEO Executive, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of standard and current SEO practices, including the latest algorithm updates and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for on-page optimization, ensuring that our website content meets the highest standards of search engine relevance.
  • Experience in SEO reporting, demonstrating the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis.
  • Familiarity with a range of SEO tools, including Conductor, Screaming Frog, Moz, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities, with a focus on driving projects forward and delivering results.
  • Analytical mindset, with a knack for interpreting data and numerical aptitude to understand performance metrics.
Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance, is highly desirable for this role.
