Job Overview
As a Business Growth Specialist at GoAccelovate Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing high-value projects on freelancing platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, negotiating project terms, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to bidding and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms, with a focus on the US and Canadian markets.
  2. Write customized and persuasive proposals to attract clients.
  3. Maintain and update profiles to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
  4. Negotiate project terms and pricing with potential clients.
  5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  7. Track bid performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
  3. Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  4. Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Ability to craft compelling proposals that win projects.
  7. Familiarity with market trends and client expectations.
  8. Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
  9. Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  10. Experience working with the US and Canadian markets is highly desirable.
  11. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
