Project Coordinator Role

This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing project activities, ensuring timely completion of milestones and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

About the Position
  • The Project Coordinator will prepare project documentation, conduct meetings, manage resources, and report project statuses to senior management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, including team meetings, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong project coordination skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably with a focus on electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
