Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our team This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a keen interest in automation and data analysis. As an Automation Engineer, you will work closely with clients to streamline their processes by designing, building, and implementing automation workflows.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or Python.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and design automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Conduct data analysis to ensure automations meet client specifications and deliver measurable value.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on automations, ensuring reliability and accuracy in data flow and functionality.
  • Document workflows, processes, and key metrics to maintain quality standards and aid in future optimizations.
  • Prioritize attention to detail and continuously monitor automation systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or Python programming (6 months of experience or demonstrated projects preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
