Quality Assurance Manager

Promoting the value of quality management and information security, our ideal candidate will lead process improvement initiatives in the organization. They will liaison with relevant processes (such as Physical Security/Facilities, Risk Management, IT, Operations, HR and Quality) on ISMS and QMS matters such as routine security activities plus emerging security risks and control technologies through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure linkage between projects, business and customer priorities using process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Involve in the design, implementation, operations and maintenance of ISMS based on the ISO/IEC 27000 & ISO 9001 series standards, including certification against ISO/IEC 27001 & ISO 9001.
- Serve as a facilitator for quality management and information security management, offering internal management consultancy advice and practical assistance on information security risk and control matters throughout the organization.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses good communication skills (verbal & written both), excellent analytical skills, and is flexible to work in shifts. The candidate should be a good team player and possess at least a graduate degree.
Experience as an internal auditor, and experience in BPO will be preferred. Certified Lead auditors will also be preferred.
