We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Executive to manage our customer connections in various towns and cities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely execution of maintenance projects, ensuring quality installations, and implementing preventive maintenance to enhance customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong understanding of Telecom network operations, KPIs, and team management.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate mapping of Copper/FF network infrastructure, promote HSE compliance, and work towards reducing accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.

This is an entry-level full-time position, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Electrical Engineering and relevant experience. Requirements:
