Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to assist in various HR functions, ensuring the efficient operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment processes, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and inquiries.
  • Contribute to HR policy and procedure development and implementation.
  • Manage employee relations and address employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluation.
  • Process separation documentation and conduct exit interviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is beneficial.
