Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to take on a challenging role in designing user-friendly digital products and interfaces that balance business goals with user needs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences and translate insights into design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
  • Design modern, clean, and consistent UI layouts that follow industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Continuously iterate designs based on user testing and feedback.
  • Stay updated on design trends, usability principles, and best practices in UI/UX.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (desired).
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
