Job Description

As a senior software engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and popular libraries. Your primary objective will be to solve complex business problems by leveraging the power of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Preprocessing: Transform raw data into structured formats, ensuring high-quality input for effective machine learning model training.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define machine learning workflows and integrate solutions into production systems.
  • Model Evaluation: Evaluate and optimize machine learning models by fine-tuning hyperparameters, improving accuracy, and ensuring models are scalable and efficient.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on the latest AI/ML techniques to implement state-of-the-art algorithms, driving continuous improvement of solutions.
  • Deployment and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain deployed models in production, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: BSCS/ BSIT/ BSSE degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Data Processing: Strong data processing skills using Pandas, NumPy, and feature engineering techniques.
  • Machine Learning: In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts.
