• Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to students, addressing their questions and concerns about academic and professional development.
• Collaborate with students to identify and pursue opportunities for academic growth and personal enrichment.
• Stay informed about academic programs, institutions, and educational trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform your counsel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, cultivating partnerships that benefit both students and organizations.
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support, acknowledging their achievements and addressing any challenges they may face.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
• Proven experience in academic advising or education counseling.
• Knowledge of local and international education systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a student-centered approach.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online application systems.
